Concentration Camps in the USA?

I had heard the rumor, but just now came across the link to one strange article on the subject.
Perhaps another reason to have fear of the insane administration in this country. But, not to be cowed...to be alerted and ready to take action to stop any un-American and/or criminal activities by our government.

Very bizarre stuff, especially the writing at the end of this piece. I do not know what to make of it. Lunatic ramblings? Hallucinations? Visions? Definitely weird. To be taken with a shaker of salt.
